Uniquestoreil provides custom web development and design services. As a service-based business, our policies differ from product-based businesses.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancellation occurs before project initiation
- During Development: Partial refund may be available based on work completed
- After Completion: Refunds are not available for completed projects unless there is a breach of contract
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project:
- Contact us immediately through our contact form
- We will assess work completed and provide a cancellation agreement
- Any refund will be processed within 14 business days
Revisions and Changes
All projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5-14 business days to appear in your account.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed and provide you with a transaction reference number for your records.
Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality standards for all our projects. Before final delivery, we conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure your website meets our high standards and your requirements.
If you identify any issues after project completion that are covered under our warranty period, we will address them at no additional cost.
Warranty Period
All completed projects include a warranty period during which we will fix any bugs or issues that arise from our work. The warranty period varies by project type and is specified in your service agreement.
Warranty coverage does not include changes to requirements, additional features, or issues caused by third-party services or modifications made outside of our development process.
